La Marzocco GB5 & Tim Wendelboe espresso
Could it be better? We are happy to announce that our very own La Marzocco GB5 is installed in our and your  Eliscaffe and will perform from today on. And thats not all, our friend and our guide; Mr. Tim Wendelboe, World Barista Champion 2004 and World Cupping Champion 2005 is that much trust full in me and my future performance at WBC in Copenhagen, has let me to use his espresso as coffee of my choice. I'm melting now....
 
The blend is;
50% Tarqui Quituro, a washed coffee from a farm located in Huila in Colombia.
30% Finca La lomita, a washed coffee from Huila, Colombia 20% Bera Tadicho, washed coffee from a small coop located in Dale region in Ethiopia.
 
The flavour profile of this blend is as follows:
Aroma: Sweet smell of red berries an jasmin.
Acidity: Mature and ripe fruity acidity.
Mouthfeel: Soft, sweet medium bodied. Bittersweet grapefruit-like aftertaste.
Flavour: Red ripe berries, citrus and elderflower.

Tim Wendelboe-a na jednoj od najboljih ( najbolje! ) masine za kavu na svijetu La Marzocco GB5 3EE sa jedinim u RH portaflon portafilterima. Kava koju sam spomenuo je i kava s kojom cu se natjecati na svjetskom prvenstvu barista u Copenhagenu, a sastoji se od;

Kao i u mnogim stvarima u kojima smo bili prvi, nastavit cemo sa stvaranjem trendova u svijetu kave u RH. Ovo je po prvi put da netko u RH i pokaze svoju mjesavinu koju koristi kao i postotak zrna i ime plantaza, pa cak i na kojoj temperature se prze zrna!
