...and Croatian Barista Champion 2008 is Nik Orosi for Eliscaffe!!!
| | | This years championship was on higher level, better competitors, better judges, higher expectations...James Hoffmann, Anette Moldvaer and Willy Hansen with other international judges were very professional, and help full after the competition with what to do better, what to change and in what way.
| | | I can say that i won and i'm proud, but i can do better, pressure was very high and my presentation was not top level but enough to win, even second placed guy was just great and he was competing for the first time ever in any kind of competition, you my hero!!!
| | | ....anyway, see you in Copenhagen at World Barista Championship 2008.
