Maestro Barista
Course includes:
- the history of coffee
- the whole cycle of coffee production, from bean to served drink
- maintenance and understanding of espresso machines & grinders
- understanding espresso
- technique for the proper coffee and coffee beverages making
- milk & latte art
- cupping
- practical work
 
In deal with baristi at the class, we can skip or shorten theory part and have practical work as much we can. Class is held in two days in total of 12 hours.
 
MAESTRO BARISTA course can not be started for those who didn't pass BASIC BARISTA course or at least, show knowledge and understanding for coffee in general. We held rights to not to accept students if not professional, or in their knowledge about coffee or behavior as BARISTA should be, witch is 'Holly Call' in this academy. Price on request.
